We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of receiving the product for online orders. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@vyames.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

In accordance with our hygiene standards, all received exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team and will be approved or declined for exchange. We retain the right to refuse a return if:

• The products are damaged.
